- In the event of a confinement : In a few minutes only, DynamicAgenda contacts all of your affected clients to cancel their impacted apppointments and ask them for their disponibilities in the next few months. With this information, when the confinement is over, DynamicAgenda builds a new schedule for your approval, taking into account the clients' disponibilities and giving priority to the clients with the fewest disponibilities.
- For each appointment : Clients are advised before their appointment of the health authority directions and guidelines. A self-assessment questionnaire for COVID symptoms is sent and a signature is required.
- Contactless payments : If you use DynamicAgenda to manage your payments, you will never need to disinfect a payment terminal ever again. The payment is done directly on the client's phone using a link sent via SMS. Clients can use gift cards, apply a deposit, add a tip, and use a credit card saved on their file directly on their device without your intervention.
